1 .The World Para Athletics Championships 2025 are being held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi from September 27 to October 5.


This marks the first time India has hosted the event, which will feature over 2,200 athletes from more than 100 countries.


The championships include 186 medal events, making it the largest single Para sport event ever held in India.


The nation is fielding its largest-ever contingent of 74 athletes, hoping to build on their past successes.
