The UPSC Prelims 2024 exam, which was originally scheduled for May 26, 2024, was rescheduled to June 16, 2024, to prevent overlap with the 18th Lok Sabha Elections.
This adjustment aimed to ensure that candidates could focus solely on their examinations without distraction. As reported by aspirants, the exam's difficulty level was considered manageable, ranging from easy to moderate.
The examination day was divided into two sessions. The first session, General Studies, commenced at 9:30 AM and concluded at 11:30 AM.
Following a break, the second session, consisting of the CSAT paper, began at 2:30 PM and concluded at 4:30 PM.
This structured format allowed candidates to tackle different sections of the exam with adequate time and concentration.
